Vestigo just finished second free Java education for PMF students (Faculty of Science of the University of Zagreb).
The goal of this course is to teach students basic Java programming skills. Education is prepared and performed by the members of our software development team – our developers and engineers. We love programming ☺ and this is why we want to share our knowledge and experience with the students and to encourage them to try programming with us.
Course consists of 6 modules. During the session topics are covered first theoretically then through exercises. Students also get additional assignments to implement by themselves. Our colleagues review the assignment and provide feedback to every student.
After first module due to COVID-19 situation in Croatia we were forced to do online education. This was a challenge for our team and for the students. However we managed to transform and continue education. And the students gave us excellent feedback.
We hope to organize next course in 2021 as well.
